Pleasant welcome from reception- beautiful location, great to have bar on site. Sanitary facilities secondary to none and always clean. Great system with digital card with ease of top up to use laundry etc

Amazing location and great lake but we got the sense you were trying to make money from us at every point. It would be good to have some basic kitchenware and towels included in the barrels

We had a pitch near the lake, one block of toilets and the cafe. There was a constant stream of people walking across our pitch as a shortcut, including carrying paddle boards right by the car and walking under our canopy with us sitting there! It would help if reception had a leaflet containing instructions for campers to please use the paths and not walk across occupied pitches - there was a price premium for lakeside pitches but a very negative experience of using one!
