On arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, as we were each on every day. Our room was ready, super clean and well-equipped. It was well maintained bynthe housekeeping team throughout our stay.The restaurant staff and chefs were excellent in dealing with my wife's gluten free requirements providing beautiful food during our stay - many many thanks to them for that. Raphael and the bar team are so friendly, welcoming and highly skilled, it is joy to go in. The music performers on the gala night were very good and entertaining. The spa is lovely and the ski/boot room clean and warm. We can wait to visit again and have made a reservation for next season. This is a superb hotel that is expertly managed by Rupert and I grid, thank you to you both.
