We encountered very bad service at the counter during checking in. We finally accepted the unfair treatment of the rooms that we booked but the lady who helped us for getting the rooms was so impolite and impatient. We didn’t make any complaints for the above until we found that the housekeeping was so not up to standard on the 2nd day when we returned from outside. We have just taken some photos of those untidied and unsatisfactory areas in order to show to my family and friends. We all are very disappointed about this first stay at your hotel.
