We enjoyed our stay very much ! The hotel is spacious and cosy. The staff is most friendly and our room was just perfect !

Location fantastic rooms lovely and great views - spa area also lovely however some areas need to be improved … some staff are surly when making a request in the restaurant … rolling of eyes or no to a request for an omelette on our first morning- only to see other guests receiving one ?? . Food combinations were very strange - too many sauces and creams that don’t go together and too many ingredients…. Keep it simple to 3 items on the plate ! Breakfast had no variation fruit choice the same every day …. Maybe include some berries … strawberries blackberries blueberries raspberries apples bananas? Also confusion every night with the restaurant bill …. No member of staff could be bothered splitting the bill to the correct rooms so consequently it was wrong every morning when signing …. More attention to detail is required . I would like to commend Jenni in the Bar … she works so hard and is a lovely pleasant lady!
