The facility has a huge advantage being just a few steps away from the Siemens Energy headquarters. My room was spacious and equipped with all the comforts. However, despite asking the reception to tell the cleaning staff to clean the room better (there were cobwebs and dust in the two corners of the double bed and a dust mite that I removed myself and showed a photo of), nothing was done. I had placed some toilet paper on the cobwebs, and while the toilet paper was removed, the cobwebs were not... Check-in and check-out were very quick.

Nice and clean, but room temperature cannot be controlled, is too hot.
