The check in process was easy and the lady at reception was really helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious

I enjoyed my stay at the PLAZA Inn Karlsruhe. My Single Comfort room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The breakfast was okay.
The welcome I received, after a long and difficult day, was perfection. The lady managing the hotel for the evening did everything she could to make me feel welcome. Despite my bedraggled appearance, she efficiently checked me in, showed me where I could safely store my bike, offered local dining options or a choice of pizza at the bar. Once I was settled, I returned to reception and enjoyed her hospitality with a beer and pizza in the hotel. A great night sleep in a cool room. Top marks.
