The hotel is clean and modern, the staff from the breakfest are so friendly!
That was bad is that it is the third time I´m at this hotel and every time I have to put all my data again in the tablet, address, passport number etc.
Other point that I couldn´t understand is that they do not allow us to get the rewards point from Best Western because the hotel was booked by Booking.com. I´ve never seen it before in other chains like IHG or Hilton Garden Inn!
