Der Aufenthalt bei Ihnen war angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal an der Rezeption – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und jederzeit hilfsbereit unterstützt. Die ruhige Atmosphäre im Hotel hat meiner Mutter gutgetan, was während ihrer Behandlungen im MedAustron besonders wichtig war. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung!
Before I made the reservation, I read other reviews, and they were pretty much spot on. So, our experience is that the room, even being the smaller one, is large enough and comfy enough for either short or longer stay. Bed was big enough (I'm not a small guy) and I got a good night sleep as well as my girl even though mattress was a bit softer than I'm used to. Everything was clean and looked brand new, and the design of the rooms is modern and to my and our liking. The price was actually ok, even cheaper when I booked directly with them than on booking.com, which is weird and usually doesn't happen.
Now for the downsides...
Reservation was made for a room for two people, yet, there was one set of towels in the room, we had to go downstairs to the front desk to get the other set. We were told to do so, when we called front desk.
Also, AC/ventilation DOES NOT WORK. We had it at the lowest possible setting, and the room was a sauna. Again, the hotel was built in 2023. and everything in the room looked brand new, this shouldn't happen. This is a big problem.
Third major issue, the fridge in the room. There is a note to call front desk and someone will come and turn it on. They simply told us over the phone how to do it. While that is not an issue at all, fridge NOT WORKING AT ALL is a MAJOR issue.
If those 3 issues didn't happen, the rating would be 5 stars across the board. Even with the "towel issue", would be the same, but I can't overlook the AC and fridge issue.
When I reported it on the check out (we stayed for just one night so it made no sense reporting it late at night when we came back to the room), the girl at the front desk was surprised and said that she will get the technician to repir it. However, I don't remember her apologizing for the inconvenience, even though she was polite.
Guys, pay attention to such details, because you have a modern and nice looking hotel, and your ratings will increase significantly.
