Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Wiener Neustadt im Industrieviertel. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist eher öde. Das Hotel selber ist sehr gepflegt, schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.

The hotel is clean and modern, the staff from the breakfest are so friendly! That was bad is that it is the third time I´m at this hotel and every time I have to put all my data again in the tablet, address, passport number etc. Other point that I couldn´t understand is that they do not allow us to get the rewards point from Best Western because the hotel was booked by Booking.com. I´ve never seen it before in other chains like IHG or Hilton Garden Inn!
