We booked a room, the same day as we were arriving, and it seemed like, we got a room they never used.
There was "brown" coming down the wall, the balcon was more Green, than grey, and the sofabed was broken, so it was trying to break in the middle.
The bathroom was okay, and the breakfast was nice, but the pictures we saw on the page, and we actually got, had nothing to do with each other.
We were 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was only for one night so it wasn't the end of the world, but a really disappointing experience.
Staff was very friendly, and welcoming.
Weeks before arrival We were promised instructions in how to recieve keys for room and garage due to late arrival but it never happened. Instead I had to try to reach you by phone which finally was successful. Once we arrived there was misunderstandings regarding our garage-booking and i had to pay extra for the 4th persons breakfast? (If booking has this rule they or you need to be clearer with this info to customer). The garage was not closed (maybe it closes after midnight) which felt a bit strange that we hade to pay for a perfect space for thiefs. The extra beds (for adults) was more of a massage table (hard without matress) and no one informed us of the voucher for the breakfast so we had to search for that (had fallen out in the room luckily). Breakfast was alright but breakfast staff could have put on a smile. I can´t even say it was good value for money. Unfortunately.
