It was nice and comfortable. The room is spacios and it was clean. Nice staff and good location.
Clean, safe, easy access to city center
There is a particularly strong "wet" and/or "sewer" smell immediately when entering the room. This does not give a good first impression.
I will 100% be recommending this hotel to my colleagues. I had a real problem with my hire car breaking down, and the front desk were absolutely amazing. They immediately came out to help, phoned the hire car company, called me a taxi so I could get to the conference I was there to attend, then took my keys and made sure to liaise with the mechanic when they arrived. Could not ask for a better service! Thank you!
Large rooms, nice and clean, staff very welcoming. Breakfasts
From recomendations. We received a text message to go ahear with online check in but it was fault asking for another payment but we already payed in full, staff advised to ignore it. Would be nice if they could have 24 hours check in but they have 24 hours emergency number and sorted it fast.
