I was charged twice for the room, the first time when I made the reservation directly on the hotel's website, three days before arrival, and the second time when I checked out, under the pretext that the payment made on their website was not found in the system . I presented the proof of online payment but they didn't do any verification. After checking out, I made a request to the bank to cancel one of the transactions, we'll see what will be resolved, I hope I didn't lose 271 euros.
We had a very pleasant experience in the aplaza Hotel. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. Very good selection of food for breakfast. If we have to comeback to Hanau, would definitely choose Plaza Hotel for our stay.
