Friendly staff and clean hotel
Great overall experience. Pleasant staff and clean hotel.
Nice hotel, heating did not work. It was raining, we had wet shoes and clothing, no chance to try it. Dispenser for hand cleaning in lobby after pointing out that empty, after two days still empty.
Food is very good, staff is friendly, basic organization seems to be a bit off.
Recommend to train staff to be customer centric and more friendly
Some basic English would have helped
