Staff are very welcoming and friendly, with an excellent grasp of English - which was very beneficial for me, since my German was very basic. Any questions asked were answered quickly and comprehensively, the price I paid was very much appropriate to the amenities the hotel offered - the WiFi quality in the room was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the morning breakfast was delicious! I would absolutely recommend Plaza Hotel Bruchsal for anyone searching for a home away from home during their stay in Germany.

The staff was very nice and friendly and the location of the hotel was very close to my daily destination. The room itself was pretty small and so was the bathroom. Also, you can see that it's not entirely new anymore. Everything was perfectly clean. The shower tub was a little small, so you had to take extra care if you do not want to stand in a puddle of water after taking a shower. Breakfast offered lots to choose from. Overall, it was a decent hotel that can be recommended - if you are looking for something fancy, however, this is the wrong address.
