The hotel is well laid out and is sizeable to accommodate for all needs. The staff are all extremely friendly and the waitresses excelled.

We booked 3 studio's for in total 5 persons and they were good. A bit old fashioned but very comfortable.
Breakfast was a party every morning! Very good, staff very friendly and welcoming.
The bar is very good, bartender is very friendly and knows how to make good drinks.
We enjoyed the buffet most every evening. We enjoyed it very much all together.
New years eve was a bit of a disappointment. At arrival they told us we couldn't book the gala anymore.
I would have liked to hear that upfront. Booking a restaurant at New Years eve was very difficult. We ended up ordering pizza.
The shuttle driver Matteo! Very nice and it was fun to drive to the gondola with him every morning. BIG THANKS!!
Overall our family had a very good stay and we would recommend it to other people.
