The staff was great! James the Bademester made the trip very special. However this was about our 7th time staying at the hotel and we were given the worst possible rooms. They were directly over the entry (smoke from cigarettes, car noise, people and kids in the play ground). This would be okay for a night or two but both of our rooms were on that side. I asked after seeing the rooms to switch but was told it was not possible. The e-bikes were great. But it was hot and the windows had to be open. Terrible sleep for 7 days ruined the time for us and our friends in room on the same floor and same side.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly. Had some entertainment, welcome drinks and happy hour.
Large hotel with good views if on the back side (maybe larger apartments.
Some studio rooms are facing the front of hotel facing the park and terrace area. Our visit was for 1 week. We were very comfortable. There was noise from outside on one occasion which was after the official entertainment had finished but other nights were much better. (I think it was part of a festival but as it was our first night we were not aware of it and had not stayed out late to see what was happening.
There was not too much Information written in English, however if you needed to find anything out, the reception staff were very happy to help with directions.
It is helpful to know that you can reach the higher roads in the town by using different lifts and walkways with the hotel complex.

Great hotel for the whole family. Fantastic view from our balcony and great facilties. Very clean. Dissapointing that breakfast was not included in the price as this is standard these days. Apart from that, great hotel in great location. Loved the pool.
