I struggled hard to find a parking spot. That was a great inconvenience not only for me, but also other guests I talked to.
All was perfect! Only one - If we want skiing on other place then Stubnerkogel itś impossible to use your lift after breakfast.
Initially the location of the Alm was what drew us to it. We had used the restaurant on many occasions when visiting Bad Gastein but never had the opportunity to stay. This year we managed to book a stay and we were more than happy with our decision. On every level, the staff, the value, the quality of food, exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to come back and would recommend the Alm to anyone.
I keep returning to this place because of its adventurous location with an amazing view of the mountains and for the limitless hospitality and service of the people. For the sport and relaxation possibilities. And of course, for the pool never being warmer than 10 degrees - a dream for Wim Hoffers :)
