staff was very friendly and helpfull, even gave us a ride down from the Alm to make our train connection

Unfortunately the reception was not manned as per the sign displayed so mostly no staff was available to ask questions most of the time.
The kitchen staff and waiting staff were really friendly and helpful and it was appreciated.
Fantastic place. Nothing to add (only that the flush in the toilet was a little weak).
It’s the 26th year we come here and we’re never tired of it! It always feels like home and we’d recommend it to everyone
