As will be evident from our responses to all questions in this survey, we we were delighted with our stay at your Akademie. We loved the simplicity, comfort, cleanliness and ambience of our room in Surenes Castle and found your staff to be welcoming and helpful without exception. Our only suggestion, if practical, would be to create a small tea/coffee station for guest use in the Surenes Castle building. We otherwise congratulate you on an excellent stay!
convenient location, close to the U3-U6 and to the Lufthansa Bus Station, one can also go downtown by walking entirely within the Englisches Garten; great public areas, wonderful garden, attentive staff, excellent quality for the price
