A lovely friendly quiet place a short distance from Munchener Freiheit station in a nice neighbourhood . Some one even thought of placing a sign outside the U Bhan station pointing the visitor in the right direction. I especially appreciated information by e mail before my arrival on the train strike. Very thoughtfull.

I had a wonderful stay, rooms were comfortable and clean, I loved the art on the walls and overall atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have coffee&tea available at all times.The huge plus is that the guesthouse is only 5 minutes walk from the subway, but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Would absolutely recommend!
I was very fortunate to have had my birthday at Katorische Akademie in Bayern! Thank you very much again for all your kindness (flowers and card etc!), I look forward to going back to you in near future.
