We had a fantastic time at Familotel Kaiserhof. Our stay with our four children (1-10yo) exceeded our already high expectations. The hospitality of all the staff is fantastic. The food is delicious fresh and healthy and home made. The entertainment for the children is exceptional. Our boys could not get enough of the active game room, while our oldest girl absolutely enjoyed the kids club where she could do all the crafts she could think of. For our baby girl the day care was great. The staff is so sweet and the space is great. The pool was also a favorite and my husband and I enjoyed the wellness treatments and the sauna village. During the day we had a great time skiing (ski in - ski out). The ski area is perfect for children and very child friendly. Thank you Family Kuppelhuber-Angerer and all the staff for this unforgettable holiday. We will definitely come back next year!

We had the best stay at Familotel Kaiserhof! Our stay here exceeded our already high expectations. The service level is high, the personnel is super friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. The food is amazing: fresh, healthy and delicious, even for a foodie like me. We traveled with our four children between 1-10yo. They all had the time of their lives. Our boys loved the room with the game wall with active movement sport games. We also played many board games that the hotel has. Our oldest girl spent hours in the kids club with very sweet staff and all the crafts you can possibly think off. The pools were also favorite and my husband and me both enjoyed a wellness treatment and sauna while the kids were entertained.
And while we were hitting the slopes (ski in ski out) during the day with our oldest three kids, our youngest daughter could stay at the day care. The care takers were very skilled and sweet to our little one. The ski area is very family friendly.
Thank you Familie Kuppelhuber-Angerer and all staff for giving us this dream holiday. We will definitely come back next year!
