This was our second time to stay at the hotel. Our kids were very happy and we found it another great experience. Facilities were clean and well-organized, staff super friendly and food delicious. We're already planning to come back again in the winter!

The hotel area and the rooms are fresh, the personnel were very helpful and kind. Plenty of activities in the hotel, and nature trails easily accessible. Food and drinks were great. We had the best of time in Kaiserhof!

Absolutely perfect hotel for a few days in the nature with the whole family.the staff is very friendly, food is delicious and diverse, kids of all ages have possibilities to play in and around the hotel, swimming pool is a nice addition for a rainy day. And parents can relax in the spa and sauna area. And the best part - the hotel is directly in the mountains, so you can start your hike literally in front of the hotel!
