All facilities were super clean. Food was more than tasty. Most of all, all staff were amazingly nice and warm. Our family's best vacation experience so far. My kids can't wait to visit again after the renovation!

This hotel, staff, and amenities were perfect for our family and we genuinely adored our stay.
The childcare was exactly what we needed and the staff were kind, and understanding even though my son spoke a different language and had a rough time.
The best part were the many, many activities in the hotel we could do as a family when it rained and then not having to worry about anything else in our days.

Fantastic hotel with all imaginable offers / amenities for kids. We came with our 2.5 year old and 3 months old kids, and our stay was memorable. We only staid for 2 nights but we plan to come back :) The only small downside was that there were no blackout curtains in our bedroom, so it was a little bit too bright for the afternoon nap. Apart from this, everything was truly perfect

Over all everything has gone down as quality is concerned, retaling to last year. This means services, quality and hospitality and kindness of staff/personel.
