This hotel is truly amazing. We had a wonderful stay. The activities and facilities for kids were fantastic. The only things that could be improved are the water temperature in the pools (a bit cold in my opinion, especially for kids) and the food for adults that could have been a bit better. But overall, these are clearly minor minor comments, only if you want to find a small problem in perfection. We will come back!

Two aspects that can be improved: matrass and pillows are too soft; too much light in the room coming from the bathroom window in the early morning made our son waking up too early

For our family with 5 children, this was the perfect place. Each child got to have fun experiences with the great Kaiserhof staff and enjoyed the pool, indoor playground and game room, and all the outdoor activities. The front desk staff, especially Mark and Andrea, were extremely welcoming and helpful. The bar tender should receive 5 stars as well for all the incredible drinks!

This was our third time at Hotel Kaiserhof in Berwang, and we enjoyed it a lot as always. Our kids enjoyed the different games and the pool, as well as the buffet. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.
