As always, it is friendly service, quick, simple & efficient processes - Easy to book, easy to check-in and out, rooms are comfortable and I certainly always leave feeling well 'looked-after'

I wish there would be a laundry service in the hotel.

You put kettle in the room but no spoons, mugs or tea bags or sugar. Tv is only national one in deutsch. However, you always have visitors from all nationalities. Please put sanitary bags get rid bags in the bathroom Please consider more variety in the breakfast for other nationalities who dont eat pork
