Excellent and very confortables premises, room facing the lake, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzy, sauna, etc . Many services as well for free in the private beach.
Very friendly staff, either at the reception and at the restaurant. Antonia (the one who speaks French) at the restaurant was outstanding, she run all the time to serve our group of 16 people as fast as possible. The Italian one from Sardegna (I do not remember her name) was also very efficient and friendly.
The food was great and at a reasonable price. Excellent and tasty breakfast, very complete.
Points to improve:
1- at the check-in: to inform the guests all activities included under the "Guest card" so that the customers know in advance what to visit with a discount.
2- our rooms were not made during our stay as nobody informed us that we had to put the "cleaning sign" on the door. We travel a lot in Switzerland and it is the first time that we are requested to put the sign. Maybe it is a requirement in the Canton of Zug but not in the rest of the cantons.

Excellent place for a group seminar with full board accommodation. Excellent service and catering. Good place for excursions and swimming in nature.
