Very clean traditional hotel, with excellent staff and very good food. Rooms were of a good size and cleaned daily, with nice facilities in the spa area. Spa wasn’t open until 3pm which was an issue when we couldn’t get up the mountain due to weather!

thanks for menus in french. It's shame than a Solden ski area, international ski resort don't have informations in french language. The room maid is to early in the morning to clean rooms.

We try our best to translate it as best as possible. Thank you for your comment about the informations in french, which were not given, we will be happy to pass this on to Bergbahnen Sölden. We apologize that the maid was in your room too early, maybe you were at breakfast and she thought you had already left. For your next stay, we recommend that you use the room signs provided. With the yellow room sign, the maid would not clean your room today. If the room sign was green, the maid would clean your room today and with the red Do Not Disturb sign, the maid would wait until you give the sign away or hang up the green sign. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Erhart, from the moment we arrived the family welcomed us all, and throughout the week continued their excellent hospitality. Even with restrictions still in place they were very helpful and patient
