The meals provided were to a very high standard, we enjoyed every one. The room was of a good size, somewhat dated and would be improved if a small fridge and a kettle for hot drinks in the room were provided. We did go to the reception during the day for coffee and sandwich but could not find a member if staff to provide this.

Regarding your concerns about the provision of kettles, we have to inform you that due to safety measures, this can not be implemented on our part due to risk of fire.
It would have been a pleasure to fulfill your request for a minibar. We only provide minibars on request.
Since you only tell us now when you are already at home, there is nothing more you can do about it.
We apologize that, according to your letter, you have not reached an employee for drinks and food during the day.
The employees were probably working in the background, but that's why we also have bells in the service and reception area.
If the guest rings the bell, it should not take long and the employees will take your order.
