Repeat booking after staying at hotel before. Airline had other plans. Flight canceled. finally new flight. But to different airport and different dates. so after cancelling and rebooking numerous times within 24 hours I finally had to cancel totally. Staff was super courteous and friendly throughout, even in the middle of the night.

1) I'm fully aligned with the hotel's values (environment and inclusion), something that is very important to me and which made me decide to book there. 2) The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. 3) The hotel is well situated and easy to access with public transportation. 4) We had an excellent customer service experience, everyone was courteous and it felt "real".
