1) I'm fully aligned with the hotel's values (environment and inclusion), something that is very important to me and which made me decide to book there. 2) The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. 3) The hotel is well situated and easy to access with public transportation. 4) We had an excellent customer service experience, everyone was courteous and it felt "real".

Modern yet not tacky, all very spacious, solid with good taste. Very helpful stuff. Just 15 minutes of easy ride on the tram to center of the town. Tram stops right in front of the hotel.
