The hotel is lovely, clean, comfortable and very accessible. The room was perfect and the location too. I am not a fan of LED lighting ( so cold and stark) but I know it is energy efficient and I appreciate that. The transportation pass that you give to your clients while they are staying at the Hotel, is a wonderful addition and one that we used and greatly appreciated. The only minor critiques I had were that two of us arrived to our room with the two beds ( next to each other) but there was only one blanket and pillow. We asked at the desk and the lovely host brought each of those to us quickly which we appreciated. Also, the breakfast buffet was great, delicious and abundant although priced to high. I recommend lowering that price because most of us enjoy the coffee and eat just a little bit of that abundant spread of food. Maybe there could be two options, a coffee/toast/pastry option for 10 Euros and buffet breakfast for 18 Euros... something like that. Anyway, we had a great stay- thank you!!

Lovely hotel with simple and clean rooms. The location is very easy to access on the tram and a city bike share station is across the street. The regional tram ticket included with the room was very helpful. Staff were friendly and everything met or exceeded my expectations.
