Overall, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. However, the lack of staff is noticeable, which contributes to cleanliness issues. The rooms and common areas are in need of renovation. Although the staff at the Happy Club are kind, it was clear that they were overstrained due to the shortage of trained personnel. As a result, I did not feel comfortable using the Kids Club services for my child. The Kids Club has an unpleasant odor and is not clean, including both the main room and the eating area.he eating area.

Excellent family friendly hotel in Pfronten. Ideal for families with kids, there is lots to do. The food is awesome. Breakfast and dinner have a huge selection and the menu changes everyday. The Kongiscard gives a lot of options in and around Pfronten and the Allgau region. Some other reviews have noted that the hotel is dated but in my opinion, it is charming. Everything works, it is clean and the service is excellent. Highly recommended for holidays with children.
