I support the policy of environmental protection, so I informed the reception on the second day on December 28 that I deliberately refuse cleaning, as on the day of registration. However, while we were at breakfast on December 28, our room was cleaned, although I asked not to do this. But they did not bring body lotion and a box of hygiene items. I asked for it, but I never received it. At breakfast, the food was not replenished after 9.30, although there was still an hour before the end of breakfast. In the shower, water flows onto the floor through the cracks at the bottom of the door. It is also not possible to get hotter water. I reported it, but nothing has changed. The Hotel is located in a very convinient spot. can get to it from the Airport on S9 to Savigny Platz and than 10 minutes walk. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was lovely and for decent price. We had lot of fun. Thank You
I stayed here before, and returned because i liked it before. But this time it was a dispaointment due to non working WiFi which caused a lot of troubles for my Email communications and serachings

NO WIFI in the rooms!!!!! Noone can work without wifi in 2022.....and your reception guy found the solution. Come downstairs and work!!!!
