The reception support was great, food was excellent and overall the kitchen staff were great in their support as well.

the location in the very center of Berlin is great. Personnel was very nice and supportive. There is construction going on right next to the hotel and due to some machines supplied with energy during the night, a quite high noise level is you sleep with open window. The rest was really good.
Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff. Near from subway which works all night during weekends, so you can go anywhere anytime
