I was just there for a night and I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. The carpets through the hotel rooms is not good for sinuses. The lifts are too small.

Alles war gut, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, das Zimmer war besser als erwartet.
Die Baustelle nebenan störte nicht.
Das einzige Problem war das Housekeeping. Eine Konversation war nur schwer möglich.

Sauna gut, flexibel in der Nutzung, Preis angemessen. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und flexibel. Zimmer groß und sauber, Dusche gammelt. Lage sehr gut. Bar auch in der Nacht offen, gutes Konzept.

The staff was kind and nice, the room distribution was a bit odd but ok. In general the room was clean but the overall facilities looked like maintenance was needed, a bit dirty and old. Most importantly the hot water only lasted for a minute or so, so it was really annoying for taking a shower.
