The air conditioning was not working, had to keep the window open to cool the room, all night we were awoken by Sirens. The toilet bowl too close to the sink, it is dangerous, there are no amenities in the bathroom, the
room not cleaned had to report to front desk who then initiated the clean.
The breakfast spread is average to good.
Will not stay here again
The room was confortable (big and fresh with climatisation). The staff at reception was very nice. The decoration wasn’t very elegant (curtains and red carpet). The cleaning service wasn’t very good (the soap was never refilled and the beds weren’t properly done).
The front desk professionals were outstanding. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
