A very good sized room and comfortable bed. Shower good and hot. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and professional.

Staff made errors during check in and check out
It was a nice hotel, kind of far from the main part of town. The staff was nice. The only thing I found strange, I was there for five nights and my room was never cleaned and the coffee was never replaced. The same mug I used the first day sat there all week, as well as the sink remained dirty, I ended up cleaning it out and using the toilet brush to clean my own bathroom. They took out the trash each day and fixed the bed, that was it. I don’t understand why the room didn’t get a proper cleaning my entire stay, nor drinks replaced. I never said anything to be fair, I just found it strange.
The lady Manager whose name starts with an H, if I remember correctly is rude, ruthe. She was mouthing “what the fuck” to me when I raised an issue that happened. She is absolutely racist in her comments, accuses the customers and to top it all has a very bad attitude and mean tone.
