I have never had such a bad experience like in your hotel.To enter my room while I was out and leave some personal objects and your receptionist to be so indifferent and instead of doing something she asked our names and room Horrible experience which make me never to come back to such place

Istarted the days in your hotel very well until the evening we went to the restauramt and the blonde lady from the recepion knew exactly where we went because she explIained my husband and when we came back we found a black short with a deodorant in the pocket and the wkndow opened like I do not leave it When we went to the reception with these objects the lady was still there and very calm askex what is our name and room and she will look into the cameras to see who entered the room No excuses no questons about channging the clothes om the beds and the towels nothing Today we left the hotel and she also repeated the lie with looking into the cameras to see who entered our room I am glad that we took all the important things and the valuable things we had with us This was a horrible experience which I cannot forget or forgive
