From Check In upto Check Out (breakfast service included), a wonderful experience. The friendliness of the staff/ employees was beyond expectations, making us feel very comfortable.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and well set out. The front of house staff, however, left a lot to be desired. Only one member seemed to have any real interest in meeting guests needs. The set up with the bar and reception being served by the same staff member does not work with delays for both customers at the bar and guests checking in/out. 'Informal' should not mean inefficient, uncaring, unprofessional. Way too much smoking by staff at the front door of hotel.
I arrived at 11:00 pm on 27th July 2023. The man and woman in the reception desk were very unkind. They did not say us "Hello" or "Welcome to our hotel" and so on. They were just looking at us so it was very unpleasant situation and this memory did not leave in my head. The other crew members who I met on 28th and 29th were all very nice. On night 27th and morning 28th, we could not use hot water.
Breakfast was okay, but I think it wasn't nice to wait for 5-10 minutes my glutenfree bread evert morning. That is why I informed about it in advance.
There was a problem with the door of our room's toilet. It wasn't properly fixed and I was afraid it falls down.
When we came to our room first time there was half a roll of toilet paper. We had to ask it more two times which I think is too much. Why you could not leave 2 full rolls in the toilet for visitors who stay three nights without cleaning?
Everybody of the personal was very polite and nice, thanks for that. From the hotel it was very easy to use buses when going to the center and old town.
