De kamer was veel te warm. Het hotel en de ontbijtzaal waren niet open ‘s ochtends om 6:30 uur wanneer die wel open moet zijn. Kamer was een beetje stoffig. Menukaart was erg beperkt.

I had booked (directly at the hotels website) a single night but needed an extra night. I kindly asked the receptionist to add another night. She told me to go to the website myself. After booking the extra night myself on my cellphone I asked for parking space as we were only to arrive back late at night. After coming back (it was after midnight) the only parking space available was three blocks away, the hotels garage was completely full. When we arrived at the room it was not cleaned, no one had been there since we left. When I mentioned that at checkout at the reception the next morning I was told that the cleaner called in sick the previous day. Finally I never got an invoice for my stay. All in all a very disappointing experience, way worse that I experienced with BW before.
