We really enjoyed our time in the Best Western Plus in Almere. The room was very clean and quite big. Our view was fantastic. All the staff members were friendly and made sure that we had an amazing experience. I would definitly go back to this hotel.
When checking in I was told that I had to pay a deposit of €150, this had to be in CASH, no creditcard accepted, even though i found out later on booking.com that it could be paid by cc. I had to run to an ATM to get the money out, fortunately one was working otherwise..... When checking out, the receptionist literally went to our room to check for potential damage, before we received the cash back. Cash that I do not need and somehow have to put back on my bank account. I travel for business all over the world, this was a very bad experience. And to make sure it only happens once I will cancel my future stays at your hotel.
Top gelegenes Hotel am Bahnhof von Almere. Freundlicher Empfang, der Zimmerwunsch wurde berücksichtigt. Komfortabel die Tiefgarage zum Parken unter dem Hotel. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine kostenlosen Parkplätze. Da wir unsere Ebikes mitgebracht hatten, war es besonders hilfreich, dass das Hotel über einen entsprechenden Abstellraum für Fahrräder verfügt, der über die Zimmerkarte zugänglich ist. Gutes Frühstück, auch hier sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen.
Aardige ontvangst. Grote, rustige kamer. Echter tv werkt niet en vlekken op de stoelen.
