Super location next to the station and the shopping area. Well-equipped, light, comfortable room. Some facilities closed with no information given. Nice breakfast but staffing issues led to difficulties keeping up with demand.
Very poor front office customer service.
The room was clean and modern. But it said the room has a full kitchen and that is not true. + There was no knife, no oven, no frying pan, no spatula, the pan was broken and the microwave was tiny. In short: if bread with butter is all you eat you'll be okay.
+ The pool (the reason we chose this hotel) was out of order the entire duration and there was no reimbursement.
+ The common areas on the floors and the laundry rooms were very filthy.
+ The staff gave the impression of being annoyed by the guests, for example: we asked for the welcome box 3 times, so it came 2 days late and we had already bought all the stuff. And at check-out we were told to go to our empty room and wait 5 minutes, but for 20 minutes noone showed up. We we were paying for parking the whole time, so we eventually left and found the staff at the lobby, with no intention of coming to our room. In fact they had forgotten that we were checking out.
I expected more.
Generally good. Nevertheless, double charge irrespective of prior reservation was not the most convenient experience. And I am now in the process of retrieving this,
Basic, clean and comfortable. The kettle didn’t work and was replaced straight away. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing special and pricy. Good location next to train and bus stations.
