It’s not wheelchair user friendly in the room. That’s not what I requested when I booked your hotel.
Good first impressions. Room could have been a bit cleaner. First morning at breakfast was chaotic, tables uncleared and no plates at first. Second day much better with a fuller selection of food.
Perfect location near the station. New and fresh feeling since its newly built. The breakfast was mediocre but the rooms spacious and well cleaned. The elevators was VERY slow to arrive. You press the "call" button and listens to blings and beeps but still takes a minute or three for the elevator to arrive, why?? It was like this even if the other 4 elevators was not even being used? The pool was broken when we stayed there unfortunately. The hallways was divided into sections with doors between which you had to open. Overall good but kinda average hotel.
Not the cheapest option, but it has a perfect location in front of the train station and very comfortable and well equiped rooms.
The staff is not very friendly (I didn't enjoy the distrust on the receptionist face when he couldn't find my reservation on the computer for about 5 min (he was looking under a different name... Didn't even apologise!). No cleaning service on my room in one of the days without any justification.
