The worst hotel experience I had in a long time.
First of all it was dirty (dirty couch, dirty toiler, hairs on the bed linen, towel with brown spots). I sent some pictures to the email of the hotel and I did not get any feedback or at least an apology.
The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled and I was personally cold most of the time. Even if I tried to turn it off, this was not possible as it automatically switched back on. When I asked at hotel if heaters are available, I was told no, and when one of the receptionists offered to bring me a blanket, the other one told him loudly not to. In addition, when I asked if I should just freeze in my room, reception said yes.
I genuinely felt like half of the time I was contacting reception I was bothering them. The level of service is absolutely below standard. I asked if there is any conditioner or body lotion that could be bought from downstairs and I was just told no (not that there are shops near by, that they are sorry that is not available). Just a disinterested no.
The breakfast tables and chairs were not cleaned very well, I had too take off crumbs and pieces of food of them. Also a lot of pet hair both in the room and breakfast area. While I am actually a fan of pet friendly hotels, this one is not cleaned that well.
There is an online check-in option, but it seems absolutely useless as the reception still took my passport and I still spent a good 10 minutes there though everything should have been prepared.
The iron and ironing boar I requested in my room were filthy.
I am not even sure why I am writing this review, as if the same people that manage the hotel read these reviews, then I could just as well not write it.
