Good location, large rooms very good service
We were welcomed by Dayanara and can only say that from that moment forward we loved where we ended up.
Dayanara was so kind and helpful - she answered our questions, helped us set up something very special and she was so authentic and had a very calm and soft presence about her.
The hotel was as expected and the rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come to visit again (this time for a bit longer)

found the service to be quite average. While the staff was polite, I felt that the overall experience lacked the extra touch that sets exceptional hotels apart. The room was clean and comfortable, but I didn't feel particularly impressed by any standout features. In terms of service, it met the basic expectations but didn't exceed them.
