My stay fell short of my expectations of the brand of what I paid. The room was reasonably clean but very dusty. Some surfaces, including parts of the floor, had not been cleaned properly and had a layer of dust, and a lot of dust floated in the air. The room contained a kitchenette with sink, but nothing for cleaning or drying dishes. After going out on day 1, we returned to find dirty cups and glasses had not been washed or replaced by clean cups and glasses. Day 2, we left the dirty cups and glasses in the sink when we went out, and nothing happened. We called reception to ask for clean cups and glasses, went out for dinner, dirty cups and glasses still in sink. We called reception again and nothing happened. Day 3, still had dirty cups and glasses when we returned in the afternoon. Went to reception, and eventually the cups were replaced with clean cups, but the dirty glasses were not replaced. Also, after day 1 used tea, coffee etc. didn't get replaced. The Best Western website for the hotel indicates there is same day dry cleaning service. The guest information at the hotel indicated a same day laundry service using the form provided in the closet. I rang reception as there was nothing in the closet for the laundry service. I ended up at reception, the conversation not getting anywhere until I asked if there was a guest laundry service. I was told there wasn't, there was only a guest laundry on the 9th and 14th floors where I could wash and dry my clothes. There is guest parking. It wasn't until the third day someone was at reception who knew how to set it up so the licence plate would be scanned on entry instead of having to get a ticket at entry and take it to reception.
