A little bit old fashion rooms. Not possible to open the window. Don’t like the floor . Breakfast very good. Reception very good

No Air conditioning operating in the room. Unable to sleep and no alternative possible. Uncomfortable stay. I have an office within 500m so would have been a regular guest but as I explained at reception checkout I will not return after this experience. Very dissapointed. Room as also dusty on arrival. Hotel looking very tired.

The hotel needs a lot more attention to detail. 1. There was no hair dryer in my room 2. There was no cleaning and I think Covid is no longer a valid excuse 3. The breakfast is poor 4. The air conditioning was no cold at all

the air conditioning did not work. It was 30 C in the room at night. I could not sleep, I was soaking towels and putting my head in the cold shower in order to cool down. I expect to get a significant refund on the grounds that the hotel did not provide me with a place I could rest and sleep
