outdated, not clean, smokey air
Not very clean the corridors, lifts…
When you state you will change towel only once every 3 days, do so. My towels were changed during my two night stay. Stating to be sustainable but not acting sustainable is vert unfortunate and not good marketing. Practice what you preach.
Furthermore, the room was very hot and lacked oxigen.
