Personeel sprak gebrekkig Nederlands, nummer in de app om de roomservice te bellen werkte niet en de ontbijt ruimte voelde krap.
Staff were friendly, professional, helpful, efficient. Quality of the room not what I expected.

Your best asset is the location. Rooms are fine but very varm despite AC. Breakfast quality is uneven e.g. scrambled eggs was sub-par.
I did enjoy my stay although we reserved a twin room and were given a King and told the king mattress would be replaced the next day with twin mattresses. This never happened and at the end of the second day of our stay, we were told that replacement of mattress was not possible.
