I have a diamond select status with best western which also influences my choice of hotels, but here it didn’t matter at all.
I had to check in and fill out data 3 times (online, at arrival, with Luca check in app)
It seems the hotel takes Corona as excuse to cut down on service e.g.: no cleaning of the hotel rooms at all, no emptying of waste bins, no new towels, no new water, nothing.
At the breakfast room you need to take everything by yourself, even the cutlery, how this shall be hygienic is not understandable for me.
The wife was generally a Desaster. Some times during the day I could use it, but regularly it lost connection or the bandwidth was totally down.
The location is good for me and the overall setting is ok, but for the price and the lack of service I will probably chose a different hotel next time.
